NFM is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following Privacy Policy to protect personal information you provide online.  By using our site, you signify your agreement to our Privacy Policy described below.  If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use our site.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Our Site is primarily an information website that tells you about our products and company. You can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself.   • to simplify access to some interactive features on our Site or Services;
  • to respond to requests from administrative or judicial authorities; and

RECRUITMENT DATA

By clicking on the “Apply”, “Apply now” button or by sending a recruitment application to NFM Production Sp. z o.o. (Employer, data controller) in any other manner, you agree to the processing by the Employer of your personal data contained in the recruitment application in order to conduct recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement.

If you want us to keep your CV in our database, add the following consent to your CV and send us your CV again: “I agree to the processing of personal data contained in my recruitment application by NFM Production Sp. z o.o. for future recruitment purposes”.  You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at iod@nfm.no.

We process your personal data specified in the Labour Code or other specific acts (according to the requirements in the advertisement) on the basis of provisions of law and their submission is necessary to take part in the recruitment process. Other personal data (e.g. image) are processed on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you gave us by sending us your recruitment application and their submission does not affect the possibility to participate in the recruitment process.

We may also process your personal data contained in a recruitment application for the purpose of determining, investigating or defending against claims if the claims relate to our recruitment process. For this purpose, we will process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in determining, investigating or defending against claims in legal proceedings or before state bodies.

You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data, to correct your data, request their deletion, limit the processing, object to the processing and transferring your data (for the processing of which you have given your consent) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing which was carried out on the basis of the expressed consent before its withdrawal.

We process your personal data in order to conduct recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period of 6 months, and for a period of 2 years if you have consented to participate in future recruitments. In addition, we may store your personal information for a period of 3 years for the purpose of determining, investigating or defending against claims related to the recruitment process.

We may share your personal information with job advertisement service providers, recruitment management system providers, IT service providers such as hosting and IT system providers.

We may transfer your personal data to our subsidiaries: NFM Group AS, NFM Property  Sp. z o.o.,  Equipnor AS, Capsicum,  NFM Technology AS, NFM France SAS, NFM Sweden AB, Equipnor AB, NFM Netherlands, NFM Germany, NFM Bulgaria.

We may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
We may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to TOB NFM Ukraine or TOB NFM Property Ukraine on the basis of binding corporate rules or standard contractual clauses. RESTRICTIONS ON DISCLOSING INFORMATION

We are not in the business of selling your Personal Data to others. CHILD PRIVACY

This site is not intended for use by minors and NFM does not knowingly attempt to solicit, collect or receive any personal information from children under the age of 18 on the site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 18 on the site, we will delete the information from our records.
