Morten Karlsen is the new sales & Marketing Manager at Equipnor AS

We are excited to introduce Morten Karlsen, the new Sales & Marketing Manager at Equipnor AS, a subsidiary of NFM Group AS. Morten is joining Equipnor AS on August 1, 2023, bringing a unique blend of military and commercial experience that is ideally suited to our industry.

A journey from the military to private B2G sector

Morten’s impressive career began in 1999, when he stepped into the world of the Norwegian Armed Forces. He served two years in His Majesty the Kings Guards before joined the Norwegian Military Academy in Oslo, a prestigious institution where he applied his skills in physical education, military winter training, and hand-to-hand combat.

Goals and strategies at Equipnor

In stepping into his new role at Equipnor, Morten brings ambition and commitment. His primary objective is to utilize his experience to enhance the capabilities of the sales team, strengthening Equipnor’s position as the preferred supplier in the market.
