Design Team Manager
Currently we are looking for a passionate person to join our design team as:
Design Team Manager
Location: Lębork, Poland
You should be comfortable working on a broad range of innovative products from concept phase all the way to production. You should bring your positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, results-based team environment.
Responsibilities
To be a key part of our product development group by coordinating work in design team. Driving design to the next level. Assigning leaders of activities and dedicated projects. Supervising the changes implemented in prototypes, considering customer requirements as well as internal departmental quality and functional requirements.
Our process requires close collaboration between teams to ensure optimal product manufacturability and functional integrity.
Main Tasks
- Initiate innovative projects and drive design team towards strategic objectives.
- Analyze and clarify customer requirements and supports the development of products and technical solutions that meet these requirements.
- Keep project development within budget.
- Support work between departments on new technologies and their implementation for quality control, textile technology and production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience on similar position or as Project Manager
- Very good English (communication and technical)
- Knowledge of PDM/ PLM and IFS systems
- Analytical person with the ability to think in space
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Management.
- Having experience in the PLM/PDM and IFS systems as well as in System Engineering is a plus.
