We’re now looking for:

ERP / IFS Applications Specialist

Location: Lębork, Poland

We are looking for person who can together with a professional team take the responsibility for daily support and solution architecture of our IFS Applications system.

Your main responsibilities and challenges will be:

  • determining ERP needs via business process analysis, and observations
  • developing and configuring customized ERP solutions together with external partner
As ERP / IFS Applications Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring substantive/technical support for system users
  • Conducting implementation training sessions for users
  • Creating documentation for users – knowledge base/instructions
  • Monitoring the system performance to identify areas for improvement or problem spots that may require further investigation
  • Administration of IFS Enterprise Explorer and IFS Aurena permissions
  • Other administration tasks, like: installation of update packages etc.
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of work in working with IFS Applications or another equivalent ERP system in a similar position
  • Problem solving skills, analytical thinking and searching for optimal solutions
  • High interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non -technical recipients at all levels of organization
  • Passion and commitment to the approach to duties – proactive attitude
  • Data analytics (ability to collate clean data, analyze, interpret, and provide solution)
  • Knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL)
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports (ability to write queries and creating reports)
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level
